Materials Wafer Technology is able to offer a range

Liquid Phase Epitaxy
As-cut or lightly etched wafers, or crushed granules for Liquid
Phase Epitaxy processes are available. Mechanical and electrical
specifications are similar to our standard polycrystalline or
single crystal products. In addition to the standard compounds,
we are also able to offer gallium phosphide in polycrystalline
form.
Molecular Beam Epitaxy
In addition to polycrystalline gallium phosphide granules in
5N purity, we can also provide the following high purity MBE
source materials from various manufacturers worldwide. Custom
made ingots are available on request.
